Can I have a financial interest in more than one
distributor position?
Good Life International has a "no-stacking" policy. Therefore, you may NOT have a financial interest in more than one
distributor position. Corporate, partnership and trust form
distributor positions are permitted, but subject to this provision, and not as a way around this provision.

Can I refer my spouse or other household members?
Your spouse may NOT enroll under you. Your spouse may have a
separate distributor position, but your spouse MUST be referred by
the same person who referred you. This is because of our
"no-stacking" policy. All other household members age 18 and older
may enroll under you.
Back
Can I refer people who don't get email or use the Internet?
Of course, but they will find it a distinct advantage to get connected
to the Internet, and especially to get their own website.
Back
Can I mail or fax in my application?
Yes. The fax number is on the product order and distributor order forms.
Back
Can I sign up as a company rather than in my personal name?
You may sign up to be a Good Life International distributor in your company name. There is a place on the application form where you can enter your corporate or company information.
Back
Can I sign up as a distributor if I'm not yet 18 years old?
No, until one has reached his or her 18th birthday, enrollment is not allowed.
(or the legal age in your state.)
Back
Can people outside the United States participate?
Not at this time, however, Good Life has plans for international
expansion in the future. You will be kept informed of our
international expansion as it occurs.

Is this Multilevel Marketing?
Yes. Multilevel Marketing (MLM) is the former name for what is now
called Network Marketing (NWM) or Referral Marketing. Worldwide, NWM
accounts for billions of dollars of commerce and is a legal
distribution business. Quite plainly, it works so well because it
uses the most efficient and effective method of advertising utilized
by mankind — word of mouth advertising. People check out a GREAT
product, service, or opportunity when an invitation is received from
a friend, or someone else they know, like, or respect.
While the NWM business model is effective, it has also earned a bad
reputation because some companies overcharge for products or make
wild and illegal claims. Good Life International is dramatically
different from other NWM companies in the industry. Good Life has
value-packed products and consumer-first philosophy. Done properly,
NWM is about HELPING OTHER PEOPLE and sharing information with those
who have an interest so they can make informed decisions. The
rewards for HELPING OTHERS are wonderful and fun!

What is an illegal "pyramid scheme"?
Illegal pyramid schemes, sometimes called "ponzi schemes," have
people paying sign-up fees when there is no valuable product in
return. Chain letters are an example. Some states even disallow
programs that charge high up-front fees when a product is being
purchased, especially when they promise huge profits with little or
no effort. The Good Life referral program is quite the opposite of
an illegal pyramid scheme. You can join as a distributor for free,
and Good Life offers affordable, high-quality products at
competitive prices in the retail marketplace. Another important
point is that with the Good Life bonuses are paid on product
purchases and NOT on sign-up fees.
Back
What is my title?
Everyone who submits an application to enroll in Good Life
International is called an “Independent Distributor.” Those who
purchase products without becoming a distributor are referred to as
“Customers.” If you use the title “distributor” in print, it must be
preceded by the word, “Independent” since you are not a company
employee, but are an independent contractor.

Can I send "SPAM" emails?
ABSOLUTELY NO SPAMMING is allowed! See the Good Life Anti-Spam
Policy. You may not send this program with Good Life International's
name or URL web address in any form to people you do not know, or
who do not know you, including "opt-in" lists. Violating this policy
WILL result in termination of your distributorship. We absolutely
must protect the integrity of this program and our certification
ratings which prohibit spamming.
If you believe you have received an invitation to come to this
website from someone who is violating the anti-spamming rule, please
send us a copy of what you received with the subject title,
"Possible Spamming Notice” Send it to: abuse@4tgl.com

Can I advertise?
You may create your own advertising without having to get permission
first, but you may not advertise using any language other than what
is contained in this website unless you first get the approval of
Good Life International. You cannot make any claims that we do not
make in our website. You may not make potential income claims. You
must include the fact that you are an “Independent Distributor”
after your name or contact information. See the Distributor
Agreement in your Back Office for more details.
Back
Can I develop my own marketing materials?
Yes, but you must first get our approval of your content. You may cut and paste from the website, write your own letters, or create your own business cards or brochures. But you may not make any claims that we do not make, nor are you allowed to "clone" our website.
Back
How will I know about new developments?
All announcements and developments are sent via email and/or posted
in the Back Office area. This is one of the great advantages of the
Internet era. It is extremely easy to communicate important
information immediately.

Are there tax advantages to doing this Network Marketing
Business?
In the USA, any business expenses associated with developing and
running a business are tax deductible. That can include business
mileage, business computers, maintaining an office in your home, and
business travel. Consult with your accountant or tax advisor.
